Dave Kaplan

Dave joined Nibi, Inc. as General Counsel in November 2024. Dave has been working full time in the crypto legal space since early 2018, and brings to Nibiru over 18 years of legal experience that includes 7 years serving as a General Counsel.

Most recently, Dave was a senior attorney at Horizons Law, where he assisted and advised hundreds of crypto clients of all sizes on corporate structuring, fundraising, token launches, DAO setup and governance, and product compliance. Previously, he served as General Counsel to Advanced Blockchain, a publicly traded incubator and venture investor in the web3 space that during his time there built a team of over 200 at its height.
