Sai Points Season 1: Rewards Are Live
You earned it. A quarter is unlocked on day one, and trading unlocks four times that.
Sai Points Season 1 is over, and you earned your reward. It lands in your account Thursday, October 29 at 6:00 AM PT with a quarter already unlocked. Keep trading and you unlock four times that. There’s nothing to claim. Track yours on the Points page.
Thank you to everyone who traded, tested, and sent us feedback this season. Here’s how we decided the rewards and how yours becomes fully yours.
Season 1 at a glance
Season 1 ran from August 24 to October 4, 2026.

The traders who showed up most were rewarded most. The top 10 averaged $515 each.

How we decided the allocations
We started where the Season 1 announcement said we would, with your share of total points.
The launch post also rewarded weekly streaks, and we carried that idea into the final numbers. Some traders showed up week after week for the whole campaign, not only at the start or the end. Consistent participation carries extra weight in the final allocation alongside raw points.
How your reward allocation becomes yours
We said points convert to USDC at the end of the season. They do, as USDC trading credits, and the full amount is yours to trade with from day one.
If your reward allocation is 100 USDC, your Sai balance goes up by 100 USDC in trading credits, and 25 USDC of those credits is unlocked right away. Keep trading and you unlock the other 75 USDC. That’s three times what you start with, for 100 USDC in total.
We set it up this way so rewards go to traders who keep trading on Sai, not to farmers who withdraw and leave. Regular trading gets you there, and your exact progress is always on the Points page.
- It’s automatic. You don’t opt in, activate anything, or claim.
- It runs every 30 minutes. We check progress on a schedule and apply new unlocks when you’ve reached the next step.
- All your trading counts. Volume traded with your USDC trading credits, your own deposits, or both moves you forward.

Unlocked USDC is yours like any other deposit. Any unlocked USDC that isn’t in an open position can be withdrawn.
When your locked credits gain or lose value
Each unlock applies to what your locked USDC trading credits are worth at that moment, not to the amount you started with. Profits on locked credits unlock along with them, and so do losses.
Say your reward allocation is 100 USDC. 25 USDC is unlocked on day one and 75 USDC stays locked. You trade with the locked 75 USDC, and here’s where you stand halfway through unlocking:
| Locked credits grew | Locked credits shrank | |
|---|---|---|
| Unlocked on day one | 25 USDC | 25 USDC |
| Locked credits are now worth | 90 USDC | 60 USDC |
| Newly unlocked at the halfway point | 45 USDC | 30 USDC |
| Still locked | 45 USDC | 30 USDC |
What’s still locked unlocks the same way as you keep trading.
Trade your credits like your own deposit
Your USDC trading credits are real trading capital, and normal trading rules apply. If a trade loses money, we don’t refill your credits.
You don’t need big swings to unlock your reward allocation. Smaller positions with lower leverage still count toward your progress. Trade your credits the way you’d trade money you deposited yourself, and you give them a chance to grow while they unlock.
FAQ
Can I withdraw my reward? You can withdraw unlocked USDC that isn’t in an open position. Locked credits become withdrawable as they unlock.
What if I lose some of my trading credits? Losses come out of your credits, the same as with your own money, and we don’t refill them. Whatever is left keeps unlocking as you trade.
Why trading credits instead of plain USDC? Trading credits reward people who keep trading on Sai. You still get 25% right away, and the rest unlocks through normal use.
Where do I see my reward? On the Points page, with your progress and unlocked amount.
What’s next
One-click trading is live, so you can trade your credits without approving every action in your wallet. We’re also building Sai Teller for easier USDC funding from supported chains without a separate bridge.
Ready to trade?
Your reward allocation is already in your account as USDC trading credits.
The Season 1 rules still apply, including the bans on wash trading and multiple accounts.
